Andrea Prinzi, Ph.D., MPH, SM(ASCP), is a clinical microbiologist by training and spent over 12 years working at Children’s Hospital Colorado as a clinical laboratory scientist. She has a Ph.D. in clinical and translational science, as well as a master's degree in public health from the University of Colorado Denver, and was a 2018 American Society for Clinical Pathology "40 Under Forty" awardee. She is currently a field medical director of U.S. medical affairs and works to bridge the gap between clinical diagnostics and clinical practice.
