Shilpa Gadwal has been with ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ since March 2015 in her role as a Career Advancement Fellow and Career Resources Specialist. She took her passion of career development in trainees and created an   hub for ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥’s career resources and articles. She received her B.S in the Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and her Ph.D. in ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ and Immunology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
